On 26 May 2022, H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to the ROK met with Mr. Kim Sang-min, Executive Director of Lotte E&C’s Overseas Development Division, to explore business opportunities between Lotte E&C and Thailand. Mr. Kim briefed the Ambassador about Lotte E&C’s investments in ASEAN countries and expressed interest to start business with Thailand if the opportunity arises. Ambassador Witchu introduced Thai companies in the construction materials industry that may have potential for collaboration with Lotte E&C, and inquired about key factors in the company’s decision to invest overseas, in order for the Embassy to effectively help connect Lotte E&C with potential Thai partners.
