On 10 December 2025, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the memorial ceremony upon receiving the body of Mr. Sudthisak Rinthalak, a Thai worker who lost his life in the events surrounding 7 October 2023 in Israel. The Vice Minister, together with H.E. Mr. Yuttana Sritaboot, Chairman of the Advisory Board to the Minister of Labor, and Mrs. Dvora Dorsman Yarkoni, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Israel in Thailand, laid wreaths on Mr. Sudthisak's casket during the memorial ceremony, which took place at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
 
Israeli authorities held a memorial ceremony for Mr. Sudthisak on 9 December 2025, which was attended by H.E. Mr. Boonyarit Vichienpuntu, Ambassador of Thailand to Israel, and Mr. Avi Ganon, Deputy Director General in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, representing the Government of Israel, before transporting the body of Mr. Sudthisak from Israel to Suvarnabhumi Airport on 10 December 2025 at 14:55 hrs.
 
Following the memorial ceremony at Suvarnabhumi Airport, relevant Thai agencies transported Mr. Sudthisak's body back to his hometown in Nong Khai Province for family members to conduct religious rites and funeral ceremonies.
