On July 25, 2019, Consul-General Mungkorn Pratoomkaew hosted a dinner for Mr. Paul Rudish, Executive Producer of Mickey Mouse's Our Floating Dreams, Mr. Matt Braly, Executive Producer of Amphibia, and their team members from Disney Television Animation at his Residence, together with the Heads and members of the Thai Government Offices, or Team Thailand, in Los Angeles.

          Consul-General thanked Walt Disney teams for creating two world-class animations with Thailand and the Thai culture as the backgrounds. Both Mickey Mouse's Our Floating Dreams and Amphibia were very well received by the Thai audiences and have helped promote Thailand’s good repute in many ways, including tourist destinations, Thai food, Thai language and traditional music, as well as admirable characteristics of the Thai people, as portrayed in the animations’ scenes and main characters. He and the Heads of Team Thailand in Los Angeles also pledged full support in Walt Disney teams’ future endeavors.

           Mr. Rudish and Mr. Braly presented 2 drawings from the scenes in Mickey Mouse Mouse's Our Floating Dreams and Amphibia as tokens of their appreciation, which are currently displayed in the consular service room at the Consulate-General building.
