On 13 July 2019, H.E. Mrs. Sansanee Sahussarungsi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Poland together with Dr. Tanongsak Sahussarungsi, spouse, attended the Opening Ceremony of the 7th Football World Cup of Children from Care Homes at the OSiR Targowek Stadium where Ambassador Sansanee gave an interview about the activities to the Polskie Radio 24 station.

          On 14 July 2019, H.E. Mrs. Sansanee Sahussarungsi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Poland, attended the Final Gala and Trophy Presentation at Legia Stadium which was organized during 13-14 July 2019. This event was initiated annually hosted by Hope for the Mundial (Nadzieja na Mundial) Foundation. Thailand’s team was represented by 10 children aged between 13-16 years old from Care Homes under the management of the Department of Children and Youth, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. There were totally 27 countries joining the event this year. This activity not only allowed the children to play football together but also created an opportunity for children from care homes to gain new experience, impressive moments and friendship with new friends from different cultures. On this occasion, on the 12 July 2019 the Thai team visited Ambassador Sansanee at the Royal Thai Embassy in Warsaw and signed the well-wishing book on the occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Rama X. On the same day Ambassador Sansanee also hosted a dinner at the Ambassador’s residence to warmly welcome and give moral support to the Thai children who represent Thailand at this tournament.
