Ambassador Vijavat Isarabhakdi led the officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Ottawa to pay homage to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej before His Majesty’s Portrait followed by an observation of a nine-minute moment of silence at the Embassy in remembrance of the beloved King of Thailand.
With profound sorrow, the Embassy has opened a Book of Condolence from Friday, 14 October 2016 onwards to give an opportunity for Canadian government representatives, the Diplomatic and Consular Corps, Canadian government agencies, International Organizations, the Thai community and the general public to express their respect and condolences on the passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand.
