On 19 June 2016 the Royal Thai Embassy, in cooperation with the Thai-Jordanian Meditation Centre, organized a meditation event in honour of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand in celebration of the 70th anniversary of His Majesty’s accession to the throne on 9 June 2016, at the Royal Thai Embassy. The event was presided over by His Excellency Mr. Apichart Phetcharatana, Ambassador of Thailand. Over 115 friends and families participated in the event.

            His Majesty’s kindness reaches far beyond Thailand’s borders. Thais from all over the world, including those residing in Jordan, are grateful for His Majesty’s kindness and dedication to Thailand.
