On 10 May 2016, His Excellency Mr. Thongchai Chasawath, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Singapore, held discussion with Dr. Krissanapong Kirtikara, Chairperson of Princess Maha Chakri Award Foundation, who travelled to Singapore to visit Mrs. Wang Lim Ai Lian, a dedicated teacher at Holy Innocents’ Primary School. Mrs. Wang Lim Ai Lian is behind success stories of students with special needs in the mainstream classroom and is also the awardee of the 1st Princess Maha Chakri Award 2015 from Singapore. On this occasion, Dr. Kirtikara also met with representatives of the Ministry of Education of Singapore to exchange opinions on the promotion of the Award for the devoted teachers in basic education in 11 countries in Southeast Asia including Singapore.
