On 11 May 2016, Consul-General Dusit Manapan attended and delivered his opening remarks at the annual charity event of ISSO International Club Kobe.  Around 60 members of ISSO International Club Kobe including Japanese and foreigners who live in Japan participated in this event. The profit gained from this charity event will be donated to those who have become victims of the recent earthquake in Kumamoto. In his remarks, Consul-General Dusit commended Madam Elena Kakinuma, President of ISSO International Club Kobe, and its members for having organized various charitable and cross cultural activities with a goal of building good relations among peoples of the world for more than 15 years. Such activities have also helped strengthen the ties of friendship between peoples of Thailand and Japan as well as the foreign community in Japan.
