On 11 April 2015, the Royal Thai Embassy organized “The Celebrations on the Auspicious Occasion of her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s 5th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 2nd April 2015” at the Ambassador’s Residence. The celebrations started with the religious ceremony, followed by a well-wishing ceremony led by H.E. Mr. Vutti Vuttisant, Ambassador of Thailand to Nepal, attended by the Embassy’s officials and local staffs, representatives from Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd. in Kathmandu, representative from Tourism Authority of Thailand, New Delhi office, and Thai community in Kathmandu. On the same occasion, the Embassy organized the celebrations of Songkran Festival for the Thai Community and staffs with lunch and cultural water-pouring ceremony.
