On 30 November 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy in Colombo joined the International Christmas Charity Bazaar at Union Ballroom, Hilton Residence Colombo in order to promote Thai food and Thai products. The food items sold at the Embassy booth received a very warm welcome from the bazaar attendees.

 

            The International Christmas Charity Bazaar has been organized annually since 2008 by the International Expatriate Association of Colombo. The Association invites foreign missions in Colombo and the local NGOs to sell their foods and souvenirs at the event. The profit from the bazaar will be given to the local charity organizations in Sri Lanka.
