On 8th October 2014 Mrs. DuangjaiCharnbhumidol, wife of Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil organized a basic Thai fruit and vegetable carving course forthe members of the Group of Spouses of Head of Missions in Brasilia (GCCM) at the Thai Residence.  The trainer was Miss KanyaKhammak, the Thai Residence’s chef who is specialized in Thai carvingfor more than 20 years.  All the members attending the course appreciated artificial Thai carving and intended to bring the received knowledge for further practice.  They wished that the Thai Embassy could organize more of such a useful activity in the near future.
