On 27 August 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy in Prague jointly hosted the reception on the occasion of the commemoration of the 47th anniversary of the establishment of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), which was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines at the Museum of Music in Prague, together with other three ASEAN Embassies in the Czech Republic, i.e. Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, Embassy of Malaysia and Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.  Ambassadors and Chargé d'affaires of all five ASEAN Embassies, on behalf of the ASEAN Committee in Prague, cordially welcomed friends of ASEAN from the government sector and business sector in the Czech Republic, including diplomatic corp in Prague, at the reception. Our friends of ASEAN also expressed their appreciation on the development of political, economic and socio-cultural integration among ASEAN nations which has also dynamically contributed to the development of Asia, in accordance with the united vision of ASEAN as quoted ‘One Vision, One Identity, One Community’.
