On 12th June 2014, Ms. Benjamas Tanvetyanont, Acting Consul-General, participated in the International Travel Expo (ITE), held during 12th – 15th June 2014, at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. At the Expo, the Tourism Authority of Thailand set up a booth to promote tour packages to Thailand among Hong Kong travellers. On this occasion, the Acting Consul-General and heads of Thai Offices in Hong Kong held a press conference to update the local media with latest information on the situation in Thailand and to build up confidence in travelling to Thailand.
