Subject: Continuing Validity of Organic Laws

            In order for independent agencies and other agencies stipulated in the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2550 (2007) to continue to function justly and without disruption, the NPOMC hereby announces that the following Organic Laws shall remain valid:

            1. Organic Act on State Audit B.E. 2549 (2009)

            2. Organic Act on Counter Corruption B.E. 2542 (1999)     

            3. Organic Act on Election Commission B.E. 2550 (2007)

            4. Organic Act on Ombudsman B.E. 2552 (2009)

            5. Organic Act on the Criminal Procedure for Holders of Political Positions B.E. 2542 (1999)

            This announcement shall take effect until further notice
