Subject: Broadcasting by Terrestrial Analog Television/Radio Stations and Radio Stations

            In order for the dissemination of news and information to return to normalcy and to ensure that they are circulated accurately and without distortion such that it leads to misunderstanding and adversely affect the maintenance of peace and order, the NPOMC hereby announce that:

            1. The following terrestrial analog television stations, which have broadcasting licenses, may continue to broadcast their normal programming:

                        (1)        Royal Thai Army Television Channel 5

                        (2)        The National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT Channel)

                        (3)        Modern Nine TV (Channel 9)

                        (4)        Thai Public Broadcasting Services (Thai PBS)

                        (5)        Thai Television Channel 3

                        (6)        Royal Thai Army Television Channel 7

            2. Radio stations of government agencies, state enterprises and other agencies related to the government, including radio broadcasting stations which are given permission, concession or contracted by government agencies, state enterprises and other agencies related to the government, save for radio stations with probationary licenses, can continue to broadcast their programming as usual.

            3. Broadcasting of normal programming must refrain from disseminating news and information prohibited under Announcement of the NPOMC No.14/2557 on the prohibition of creating dissent and resistance against the work of NPOMC; and under Announcement of the NPOMC No. 18/2557 on the dissemination of news and information to the public.

            4. The above mentioned TV channels and radio broadcasting services are to broadcast information on announcements and orders of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council immediately upon release.

                        This announcement shall take effect immediately
