Subject: Appointment of High-Level Officials
to the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council

            In order to ensure that the administration of the country and the resolution of the conflict are carried out effectively, the following persons are to be appointed to the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council;

            1. General Prayut Chan-O-Cha, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army, as  Head of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council,

            2. General Thanasak Patimaprakorn, Supreme Commander, as Deputy-Head of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council,

            3. Admiral Narong Phipatanasai, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy, as Deputy-Head of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council,

            4. Air Chief Marshal Prachin Jantong, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, as Deputy-Head of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council,

            5. Police General Adul Sangsingkaew, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, as Deputy-Head of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council,

            6. General Udomdetch Sritaboot, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army, as Secretary-General of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council,

            This announcement shall take effect immediately
