On 17 October 2013 H.E.Dr. Itti Ditbanjong, Ambassador of Thailand to the Russian Federation and the officers of the Royal Thai Embassy welcomed Associated Professor Dr. Samphan Phanphruk , Director of the National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) of Thailand, who led 46 representatives from different government universities in Thailand to visit Russia during 16-21 October 2013 in order to discuss about the process of UNIFIED State Exam with the Federal Education and Science Supervision Service under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
