On 5 February 2013 H.E. Mr. Somchai Charanasomboon, Ambassador of Thailand to Sweden, invited a group of high-ranking officials from the Protocol Department and the Asia and Pacific Department, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden for a casual meeting and dinner at the Ambassador’s residence in order to foster closer cooperation and coordination between the Royal Thai Embassy and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden.

     Attending the dinner were Mrs. Caroline Vicini (Chief of Protocol), Mrs. Helena Sangeland (Head of the Asia and Pacific Department) together with officials from the Swedish Foreign Ministry and from the Thai Embassy who had the opportunity to enjoy authentic Thai food such as Tom-yum kung (hot and spicy soup with shrimps), Masaman Gai (chicken curry) and Bua-loy (Thai dessert).
