On 15 February 2013, Dr. ChaiyongSatjipanon, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States of America, hosted a “get-together” reception for member of foreign media corps in Washington, D.C. to foster closer relationships and networking between the Royal Thai Embassy and major U.S. media.  A number of journalists and correspondents joined the event, including those from ABC, AP, AFP, CNN, CBS, Kyodo News, Nikkei, NBC, USA Today and WJLA -ABC 7.
