On 17 November 2023, Mr. Sarun Charoensuwan, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, represented the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the “Save Every Thai Heart” polo shirts presentation ceremony for Thai Ambassadors and Consuls-General on the occasion of the Meeting of Ambassadors and Consuls-General 2023 on 19 - 24 November 2023 in Bangkok and visit to the training course and Sufficiency Economy Philosophy projects at the Royal Thai Volunteers Training Center 904 (Bang Khen) on 23 November 2023. The ceremony was presided over by Admiral Kaneepol Songcharoen R.T.N., Director of The Royal Thai Volunteers.
