H.E. Mr. Vosita Vorasaph, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, presided over the wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day, 23 October 2023, at the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid. The ceremony was also attended by heads of Team Thailand agencies, Embassy officials, and spouses.
