On 15 October 2022, the Royal Thai Embassy in Doha and Thai Language and Cultural School in Qatar organized a Thai cultural performance and Thailand's tourism promotion video to participate in the "Community Days Festival" held at Flag Plaza in Doha during 5 - 15 October 2022. The newly inaugurated Flag Plaza exhibits 119 flags representing nations with diplomatic missions accredited by the State of Qatar, as well as the flags of the European Union, the United Nations, and the Gulf Cooperation Council. Flag Plaza, located near the Museum of Islamic Art Park, will serve as a community gathering space and a location for festivals and other events for the people in Qatar. The Festivals featured stage performances from various countries, video presentations and exhibit panels with interesting information about each country. The 33 embassies bringing live performances included, for example, Tanzania, India, Japan, Lebanon, Greece, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Turkiye, Ukraine, Egypt, France, Italy, Russia, Morocco, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand.
