On 6 December 2022, H.E. Mrs. Thippawan Supamitkitja presented the Letters of Credence to H.E. Mr. Macky Sall, President of the Republic of Senegal, accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Senegal, at the Presidential Palace, Dakar. On this occasion, both sides discussed the overall bilateral relations between Thailand and Senegal, including promoting exchange of visits at all levels, and cooperation in the area of economic and trade, agricultural development, public health and food security, as well as reiterating the commitment to enhance development cooperation for the mutual benefit of the two countries.
