On 21 November 2023, Mr. Thanawat Sirikul, Deputy Director-General, Department of Information, as Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended a joint press conference to announce the scholars of the Prince Mahidol Award Youth Program (PMAYP) 2023, who will travel to study and conduct their research, participate in professional training courses, or work in community development abroad, for one year.
The Five Recipients of the Prince Mahidol Award Youth Program Scholarship for 2023 are as follows:
1. Mr. Khanin Hosiriphon

2. Ms. Natnicha Manaboriboon
Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University
3. Ms. Peenaprapa Tangpradubkiat
Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University
4. Mr. Supakrit Kositbovornchai
Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University
5. Mr. Suvinai Jiraboonsri
Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University
On this occasion, DDG congratulated the Scholarship students and reiterated that the Ministry has long attached importance to the PMAYP and is ready to organizes a preparatory briefing for the recipients to prepare for their departure, and more than willing to facilitate the recipients during their stay abroad. DDG also expressed his confidence that the achievements of the PMAYP Scholars will help further promote the potential of Thai healthcare sector and personnel at the global level.
