On 15 July 2024, Mrs. Eksiri Pintaruchi, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, discussed with M.L. Dispanadda Diskul, Chief Executive Officer of Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage, on the promotion of the principles of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) and alternative development as a community development model towards sustainable development in the international fora.

They also exchanged views on ways to further enhance collaboration between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and the Mae Fah Luang Foundation to encourage Thailand’s role in advancing and achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as in addressing climate change through carbon credit and climate finance.
