On 17 August 2021, Mr. Sebastien Scheeg, General Manager of Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai, together with Ms. Sucheera Leelasatidkul, Rooms Division Director, paid a courtesy call on and discussed with H.E. Mr. Chairat Sirivat, Consul General and Ms. Nantaporn Laobooncharoen, Deputy Consul General, on the opening of “Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai,” a Thai-chained hotel on Deira islands, Dubai, expected to open for business on 1 October 2021.

Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai is the third hotel of Centara Group opened in the Middle East (the other two “Centara” hotels are located in Doha, Qatar and Muscat, Oman). It consists of 607 rooms, Water Park, Thai restaurant “Suan Bua” and other international restaurants, Spa for both adults and kids, Ballrooms and other facilities. Moreover, 30 per cent of the service crew are Thais as the hotel aims to provide their guests with the utmost in Thai hospitality. With its presence during the Expo 2020 Dubai, the hotel also offers in-kind support to the Thai delegation from relevant agencies who will be visiting Thailand Pavilion at the Expo 2020 Dubai and will continue to support the future work of the Royal Thai Consulate-General and Team Thailand in Dubai in promoting Thailand.
