On 27 September 2023, Mr. Chen Jiangfeng, Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Zhejiang Province, People’s Republic of China, led a delegation of Zhejiang Provincial authorities to pay a courtesy call on Mr. Chatchai Viriyavejakul, Director-General of the Department of East Asian Affairs, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Both sides discussed the preparation of an upcoming visit to Thailand of Zhejiang’s high-level leader this November. They also exchanged views on promoting cooperation between Thailand and Zhejiang in various areas, such as digtial economy, tourism, education, as well as on strengthening sister city relations and investment and business activities in the EEC area.
