On 13 June 2023, H.E. Mr. Hun Saroeun, Ambassador of Cambodia to Thailand, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, on the occasion of the Ambassador’s assumption of duty in February 2023.

The Thai Foreign Minister extended a warm welcome to the Cambodian Ambassador and expressed his confidence that the Cambodian Ambassador will contribute greatly to further strengthening Thailand-Cambodia relations.

Both sides took the opportunity to follow up on key bilateral issues, including humanitarian demining along the border areas and labour cooperation. They also exchanged views on regional issues of mutual interest.
