On 17 January 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest, together with Wat Thairattanaprateep, Budapest, organised a ceremony to celebrate the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King reaching 26,469 days of age, attaining the same age as King Rama I, the founder of the Royal House of Chakri. Ambassador Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena presided over the ceremony and led the officials of the Royal Thai Embassy, Team Thailand in Budapest, and Thai community in signing the book of congratulations to honour this historic and auspicious occasion. The activities included Buddhist chanting and meditation, offering food to the monk, and doing a volunteer activity by cleaning up the hall of the temple.
