As Chairman of ASEAN in 2019, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, will host the 52nd ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (52nd AMM), Post Ministerial Conferences (PMCs), and Related Meetings during 29 July – 3 August 2019 at Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, Bangkok.
 
H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand will chair the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) and co-chair the Post Ministerial Conferences (PMCs) with the Dialogue Partners and other meetings which include AMM's Interface with the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR), the 20th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, the 9th East Asia Summit (EAS) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, and the 26th ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF).
 
On 31 July 2019, the ASEAN Foreign Ministers will have an opportunity to pay a courtesy call on H.E. General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand. The Prime Minister will also deliver the Opening Remarks at the Opening Ceremony of the 52nd ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting.
 
Other related meetings include sub-regional meetings such as the 12th Lower Mekong Initiative (LMI) Ministerial Meeting, the 10th Mekong – Ganga Cooperation Ministerial Meeting, the 9th Mekong – Republic of Korea Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, and the 12th Mekong – Japan Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, as well as Trilateral Meetings between Thailand, the ASEAN Secretariat, and Norway/ Switzerland/ Turkey. There will also be Signing Ceremonies of the Instrument of Accession to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC) by the Republic of Peru and other pending applicants.
 
On this occasion, representatives from more than 30 countries will attend the said meetings, namely ASEAN Member States, Dialogue Partners, ARF Non-Dialogue Partner Members, and Guests of the Chair such as Norway, Peru, Switzerland, and Turkey.
 
The Media Centre for the 52nd AMM, PMCs, and Related Meetings will be located at Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, 22nd Floor. The operating hours are as follows:
