During 15-18 May 2019, Miss Pattarat Hongtong, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) attended the 4^th  Consultation on Development Cooperation between Thailand and the Philippines at Laguna province, the Philippines. The meeting was co-chaired by Ambassador Jose Maria A. Carino , Chief of  Mission II and Chair-Alternate, Technical Cooperation Council  of the Philippines (TCCP), Department of Foreign Affairs, head of the Philippine delegation. The meeting was also attended by the representatives from  Department of Agriculture Extension, Department of East Asian Affairs and TICA staff. 

On this occasion, Director-General of TICA along with Thai and the Philippine delegations visited Ai-Sha Footware (Woman Entrepreneur) and Lumban Marketing Cooperative (Women Embroidery Group).
