Thailand will host the 3^rd Conference on Cooperation among East Asian Countries for Palestinian Development (CEAPAD III) on 27 June 2018 in Bangkok. Interested media representatives are advised to register according to the following guidelines:

1. Registration: Registration must be done online through https://goo.gl/forms/V2GmpaDUosq48Zx92 and is open from 13 - 20 June 2018. To complete online registration, the following documents must be submitted: (1) a letter of assignment (LOA) printed on the designated organization’s letterhead and signed by the editor
(2) a copy of passport for foreign media or Identification Card for Thai media
(3) a recent photograph (2x2 inches) color against white background, in JPEG format, file size up to 256 kb and (4) list of equipment (in case equipment is brought from abroad). Media who are not registered will not be allowed to enter the meeting premises.

2. Media Badge: Registered media must present a printed or electronic copy of the confirmation e-mail along with their ID card or passport to collect the media badge at the Media Center, which is located at Silom Room, Dusit Thani Hotel, Bangkok, on 27 June 2018 at 07.30 hrs.

3. A media program will be made available and updated on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand website at www.mfa.go.th
