In the evening of 20 February 2018, H.E. Mr. Surasak Suparat, Thai Ambassador to Brazil hosted a Thai dinner in honor of H.E. Mrs. Yldiz D. Pollack-Beighle, Foreign Minister of Suriname and her delegation at the Thai Residence in Brasilia during her Official Visit to Brazil on 19 – 20 February 2018.   

           On this special occasion, H.E. Ambassador took the opportunity not only to present the delicate yet delicious Thai foods but also to discuss ways and means to promote more bilateral relations between Thailand and Suriname on development cooperation, trade and investment as well as consular matters.  H.E. Foreign Minister Pollack-Beighle reiterated that H.E. Mr. Dési Bouterse, the President of Suriname will allow the Thai Ambassador to present his Credentials on 13 March 2018 in Paramaribo, Suriname.
