On 28 October 2016, H.E. Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Phúc, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, laid a wreath to honor and paid respects to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall inside the Grand Palace and signed a message of condolences.
