The Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow  and Team Thailand held the annual press briefing “September 2016: Spotlight on Thailand” with the participation of representatives of Department for Foreign Economic Activity and International Relations of the Government of Moscow, over 30 local medias and representatives from private sector.   

             The press briefing has been annually hold for 4 consecutive years. H.E. Kraingsak Kittichaisaree presented the overview of bilateral relation between the Kingdom of Thailand and Russian Federation which will celebrate the 120th anniversary in 2017.  The Team Thailand also outlined  various events emphasizing the role of Thailand in Russia and Russia’s role in Thailand such as participation of Thai delegation in the 2nd  Eastern Economic Forum and Business Mission of Thai SMEs in Vladivostok on 31 August – 3 September, the 3rd Thai Festival in Moscow at Kuznetskyi Most walking street on 17 -18 September, Thailand Fan Club Party on 24 September, the participations of Thai companies in trade and tourism exhibitions in Russia such as World Food Moscow, OTDYKH Leisure 2016 and Flower Expo 2016 and the participation of Russian, Ukrainian and Armenian companies in different trade exhibitions in Thailand such as the 58th Bangkok Gems& Jewelry Fair, the Thailand Innovation and Design Expo and the TILOG - Logistix 2016. In the press briefing the partners of the Thai Festival, also showcased Thai products, Thai food, Thai traditional massage, and food carving.
