On Saturday 27 August 2016, H.E. Mr. Kiattikhun Chartprasert, Ambassador of Thailand to Sweden and his spouse presided over the ceremony on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty the Queen’s 7th Cycle Birthday Anniversary, 12 August 2016 at Santinivas Temple in Sweden. After the merit making in the morning, H.E. Ambassador Kiattikhun led the participants in paying tribute to Her Majesty the Queen followed by singing the Royal Salute song. H.E. Mr. Bounpheng Saykanya, Ambassador of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to Sweden, the Thai Embassy’s officials and families, the Thai Embassy’s staff, together with a large number of Thai people and their families all attended the said ceremony.
