On 9 August 2016, the Royal Thai Embassy organized “The Celebrations on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit’s 7th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 12 August 2016” at Kumari Hall, Annapurna Hotel, Kathmandu. The celebrations started with a well-wishing ceremony led by H.E. Mr. Vutti Vuttisant, Ambassador of Thailand to Nepal, attended by the Embassy’s officials and local staffs, representatives from Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd. in Kathmandu, representative from Tourism Authority of Thailand, New Delhi office, and Thai community in Kathmandu. The ceremony was followed by the reception for Thai – Nepal cooperation in flower arrangement. During the reception, a group of performers from Chiang Mai College of Dramatic Arts conducted a well-wishing performance for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit in the said occasion.
