More than 1,000 students and people residing in Rabat attended to get the taste of Asia through various activities including the exhibition displaying handicrafts and traditional costumes of each country. Participants were also given the opportunity to taste some of Asian delicacies as well as learn the art of Thai fruits and vegetable carving. There were also Asian folkore telling for young visitors including :Glai Thong” of Thailand. During the festival, visitors was shown books about each country and some short movies about participating countries.  Moreover, there were also traditional shows from each country on the closing day. Thailand was represented by a group of Thai Muslim students who performed Dikir Huloo from the south of Thailand and a group of boxers to demonstrate Muay Thai for the audience.
