On 7 April 2016, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs and H.E. Mr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lao PDR jointly presided over the "Thai Songkran Day - Lao New Year" Celebration at the residence of the Ambassador of Thailand to Lao PDR.
