During 6- 9 March 2016 , General Tanasak Patimapragorn, Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand and the high delegation from Ministry of Culture visited Mumbai with the purpose of exploring the cooperation in the film industry with Indian counterparts. On this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister and Thai delegation also visited various agencies in the Film industry such as Film Division, Doordashan Kendra ,National Film Development Corporation of India, Mumbai Film City.  

 

            Furthermore, the Deputy Prime Minister and his delegation visited various historical sites of high importance such as Mani Bhavan Gandhi Sangrahalaya, Dr. Bhau Daji Lad City Musuem, Chhatrapatri Shivaji Vastu Maharaj Sangrahalaya or Prince of Wales Museum. The visit also highlighted an attempt to promote more cooperation on Art and Cultural exchange between Thailand and India.
