On 30 September 2015, H.E. Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailandhad a meeting with Professor RyszardDebicki, Vice-Rector of the Mari iCurie-Sklodowskiej University during which they underscored the importance of forging Thai-Polish ties through higher education, including throughongoing cooperation between the University and universities in Thailand, such as Chiang Mai University, Kasetsart University and Chulalongkorn Universityinscience and technology, innovation, industrial management and economics. Theyalso explored ways to strengthencooperation in the areas of educational training and student exchange programs at the doctoral level.
On 30 September 2015, H.E. Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailandpresented “Khon Mask” to the Asia Pacific Museum of the MariiCurie-Sklodowskiej University in Lublin which is one of the largest museum on the eastern part of Poland. This project is part of ongoing effortsto strengthen cultural awareness and understanding between Thailand and Poland. The KhonMask will be on permanent display at the museum.
On 30 September 2015, H.E. Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand visited Thai students at the Medical University of Lublinto wish them well in their studies during the fall semester which begins in October. There are approximately 50 Thai students studying at the Medical University of Lublin.
On 30 September 2015, H.E. Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand met with Professor Miroslaw Jablonski, Vice-Rector for Clinical Affairs and Professor WojciechZaluska, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Medical University of Lublin and discussed possible areas of cooperation between the University and universities and hospitals in Thailand. Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand also expressed gratitude for the care and assistance provided to the Thai students at theUniversity.
