On 26 August 2015, H.E. Mr. Bansarn Bunnag, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore welcomed Capt. Prakaipreuk Srifah, Chief of Staff, Mine Squadron , Royal Thai Fleet and delegates at the Royal Thai Embassy. Capt. Prakaipreuk heads the training program for the naval mine squadron which brought two RTN's ships, namely HTMS Nongsarai and HTMS Bangrachan to Singapore for 6th Western Pacific Mine Counter Measure Exercise (6th WP MCMEX) which are include of 16 Navies in Western Pacific region. The Exercise will be conducted at sea during 27 - 30 August 2015 in Singapore Strait and water around Puala Bintan Island of Indonesia.
