On Friday 7 August 2015, the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest arranged a celebration on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty the Queen of Thailand’s 83rd Birthday Anniversary and Mother’s Day 2015 at the Thai Residence. 

      

            H.E. Mrs. Kanthong Unakul, the Ambassador of Thailand to Hungary, the diplomatic staff and their family and 60 Thais attended the celebration. The Ambassador paid homage to Her Majesty the Queen and lead the Thai community in the singing of the royal anthems. After the official ceremony, the Ambassador and guests gave alms to a Buddhist monk from the Thai Temple in Budapest. The Ambassador then hosted a luncheon for all the guests and their families to celebrate the annual Mothers Day.
