On 11 May 2015, H.E. Mrs. Christine Schraner Burgener, Ambassador of Switzerland 

to Thailand, paid a courtesy call on General Tanasak Patimapragorn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, on the completion of her tenure of office in Thailand.

 

                 Mrs. Burgener, who has served as Ambassador of Switzerland to Thailand for almost 6 years, expressed her appreciation for the Thai side’s good cooperation throughout her tenure of office. The Ambassador conveyed the Swiss government’s willingness to share Switzerland’s experiences and expertise with Thailand in the fields of political reform, democratization, migration and anti-corruption. 

 

                 The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs commended the Swiss Ambassador for her active role in promoting this cooperation and extended his appreciation to the Swiss side for its firm commitment to offer its experiences in those fields.
