On 4 December 2014, H.E. Miss Vimon Kidchob, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, joined the Thai Community in Aarhus, the 2nd largest city of Denmark, in the "Candle Lighting Ceremony" paying homage to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej on His 87th Birthday Anniversary and the opening of an Exhibition titled "Why Thais love our King".

The Exhibition is an initiative of a group of Thais who live in Aarhus and nearby with cooperation of the City of Aarhus. The Exhibition is displayed at the main foyer of the City Hall. Mr. Jacob Bundsgaard, the Mayor of Aarhus also attended the Thai ceremonial program and presided over the opening of the exhibition.

The purpose of the exhibition is to share with our friends in Denmark the information on the Life and Work of HM the King and how His Works helped and touched the lives of all Thais.

The exhibition will be displayed for 10 days at Aarhus City Hall.
