On 9th November, 2014, Ms. Benjamas Tanvetyanont, Deputy Consul-General, together with Mr. Edmund Ho, Deputy Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the first Chief Executive of Macau SAR and Mr. Lino Ho Weng Cheong, the President of the Macau-Thai Chamber of Commerce, presided over the ceremony in celebration of the Four-Faced Buddha in Macau. The ceremony is held every year on the 9th November with the cooperation between Association of Thais in Macau, chaired by Mrs. Orawan Charunongkran, and the Macau government agencies concerned, like the Cultural Office and the Tourism Office. The Four-Faced Buddha is well respected by the Macau people who ask for the blessings, especially in doing business.
