            On 15 September 2014 His Excellency Dr. Itti Ditbanjong, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation and  Mr. Stephen Ansell, General Manager of the Hotel Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow  co-hosted a reception to open Thai Food Festival in Russia 2014 at The Park Restaurant at the Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow. 
 
            The Thai Food Festival in Russia 2014 was a co-project between the Royal Thai Embassy and the Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow. Mr. Sarawut Im-Sap and Mr. Jarun Kongpetcher, the Thai Chefs from the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok were invited to prepare authentic Thai menus at the Conservatory Lounge & Bar of the Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow  between 15 and 28 September 2014.
 
            The Exhibition “His Majesty  King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand for the Better Living of His People” was also opened at the reception along with other cultural activities for the guests ie. cultural performances, vegetable and fruit carving, a Thai desert cooking demonstration supported by Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Among  about 300 guests were high rankings from Russian government and private sectors as well as mass media. 
 
            On 18 September 2014 a Thai cooking master class by the Thai Chefs from the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok was also taken place at the Conservatory Lounge and Bar for representatives from food and life style blog and magazines as a part of the Thai Food Festival in Russia 2014.
