The Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon, in collaboration with Dale Carnegie Training Thailand,organized the training course on “High Impact Presentations” during 8-12 September 2014 for the middle-level management ofMyanmar government officials and staff of Myanmar’s non-profit organizations. 

 

            The 2-day intensive training was organized for 2 groups, each of which was limited to 10-12 participantsfor maximum results, since each participant had to practise the presentation techniques they learned in different scenarios, with VDO recording and personal coaching.

 

            This training course was the third in series of capacity building on leadership and management,initiated by the Royal Thai Embassy in response to the requests by several Myanmar agencies with a view to enhancing capacity of Myanmar personnel to cope with rapid changes and reforms currently taking place in Myanmar, as well as the integration into the ASEAN Community. The participants themselves have also become ever determined and eager to learn to be equipped with necessary skills to handle more demanding jobs.
