On 14 August 2014 His Excellency Dr.  Itti Ditbanjong, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation held a press briefing on Thailand promotion activities under the project “September 2014 : Spotlight on Thailand in Russia”. The project is focusing on the promotion of Thailand in the fields of economy, culture and education through activities, which will take place in Moscow and other cities throughout September 2014 ie. the First Thai Festival in Russia, Thai Floral Festival and  Thai Food Festival. The press briefing was participated by Mr. Ilya Kuzmin, the Deputy Director of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow and more than 40 people from different Russian press ie. ITAR-TASS, Russian Today Newspaper, Rossiskaya Newspaper, www.lenta.ru, Television Station Mir TV.
