On the 5th of August 2014, H.E. Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Ambassador of Thailand, Mr. Vasin Ruangprateepsaeng, Minister of the Royal Thai Embassy, and Mr. Monsak Jangariyawong, First Secretary, welcomed Miss Pornprapai Ganjanarintr, Director-general of Department of International Organizations, and 7 other delegates from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the occasion of attending the 8th Ad Hoc Group Senior Officials’ Meeting: AHG SOM. The meeting aimed to support the roles of Bali Process, and cooperation among member countries through reviewing the past performance and considering potential activities under Bali Process Strategy for Cooperation: 2014 and Beyond. It also expected advanced results from the 5th Ministers’ conference, and to prepare the 6th Ministers’ conference which would be held in the early 2015. The delegates from Thailand was composed of delegates from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, from office of the Attorney-general, Immigration bureau, and Thai navy.
